Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry.

- Any item deemed to be dangerous by the Venue General Manager or Law Enforcement Officer
- Guests are not permitted to check prohibited items in at coat check, with security or the box office.
Left something behind? File a claim HERE for your lost item. All Lost & Found items will be held at The Truth for two weeks following the date of every event.
The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and will not be allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras, please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that cameras will be allowed.
Signs larger than 8.5" x 11" (the size of a standard sheet of paper) are not permitted into the venue.
The Truth does not allow weapons of any kind on our property. The venue will not secure weapons.
Re-Entry is not permitted at The Truth.
Coat check is available year round. Coat check is guaranteed for guests who purchase in advance. Walk-up coat check is available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to capacity
No. We welcome all ages unless the event page indicates otherwise. Children two and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap. Please note that strollers are not permitted into the venue. For the latest details on age restrictions, please visit our upcoming events page, choose the show you're interested in, and click on the 'More Info' tab.
The Truth is a fully cashless venue. All main concession and merchandise stands accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express card payment types.
If a purchase you made during your visit to The Truth, including food & beverage or merchandise appears higher than expected, it may be due to a temporary authorization hold. Final charges typically update within 72 hours of your visit.
If your transaction still appears incorrect after 72 hours, please contact our Guest Services Team at info@thetruthnashville.com. We'll be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue.

VIP and Meet & Greet package details, including check-in time, package inclusions, and other important instructions, are sent by the official VIP provider, typically 24–72 hours before your event.
If you haven't received your VIP email yet, please continue checking your inbox (including your spam/junk folder) as your event approaches.
Please Note: VIP and Meet & Greet check-in may begin before general parking lots or venue gates open. If your VIP confirmation email includes an early check-in time, please follow the instructions provided in that email. If you have additional questions about your VIP check-in, please contact the official VIP provider.
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.livenation.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet-and-greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage, or venue passes.

The GA floor transforms between standing-room and reserved seating depending on the show. Most of The Truth’s shows are general admission on the first floor and seating on the upper levels unless otherwise specified on the show's event page. Accessible seating can be purchased at livenation.com. For more accessibility information, click here.

Yes. Our accessible seating areas can reach capacity early and may vary by show. Our accessible section in General Admission is on the main level on a raised platform with a ramp leading up to the platform. In our mezzanine area, various accessible seated sections are located throughout, and all are accessible with elevator access. For specific questions about accessible seating, please reach out to accessibility@thetruthnashville.com.
Yes. You are allowed to bring one companion into accessible seating areas with you. If you purchase tickets to accommodate a wheelchair, we will give your companion a folding chair.
